Role Description
This role involves supporting senior team members in evaluating fundraising opportunities, analyzing financial models, conducting market research, and preparing investor materials. This part-time role (10–20 hours per week) is ideal for individuals who want to reputed company exposure to both finance and the fast-growing AI sector.
- Conduct financial and market research on AI, technology, and adjacent industries.
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment reputed company and fundraising strategies.
- Draft pitch decks, investor memos, and other fundraising collateral.
- Assist in due diligence processes for prospective investment partners.
- Track industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and valuation analyses.
- Support the investment team with reputed company analysis and special projects.
Qualifications
- Background in finance, economics, or a reputed company field (Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing).
- 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reputed company/financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the AI/technology sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
