Job Overview
We're seeking reputed company customer care representatives to join reputed company of remote workers in California. As a customer care representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for interacting with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support concerns, sell new products and services, and ensure the best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities
As a customer care representative with blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues
- Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks
- Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to reputed company
- Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers
- Appropriately escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial team

Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
