Overview We’re immediately hiring for Part-Time Customer Assistance Representative positions! The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR) will reputed company a high level of customer service by assisting both reputed company customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their reputed company and rental needs. The CAR will reputed company knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to reputed company administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a non airport reputed company location. The starting reputed company of pay is $18.25 / hour. Employees have the opportunity to earn yearly merit increases based on performance. Our regional headquarters is located at: 3125 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Suite 2, Ronkonkoma NY 11779 This is a part-time position. This role is 25 hours per week with required availability on: Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm *flexible schedule available for remaining 21 hours/week* Responsibilities

• Greet reputed company customers using prescribed, appropriate reputed company as they reputed company on the lot.
• Remind customer to reputed company for personal belongings. Identify any items reputed company in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and reputed company.
• Advise and review rental charges; and reputed company an accurate receipt to the customer.
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction.
• Discreetly reputed company vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report.
• Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas.
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.
• Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
• Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location.

• Understand the reputed company/reputed company Aisle/Choice process; knowledge of the rental/return documents, fuel services, days/extra hours/surcharges and optional coverages.
• Understand the damage loss report reporting procedure.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have two years college experience OR at least two years of customer service experience
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be living reputed company a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to reputed company 30 days of anticipated start date.

• Apart from religious observation, you must be available to work: Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
