Job Number: 25-6561 / 25-11411 / 25-6476 / 25-10278 / 25-12410 / 25-12407/ 25-11411 / 25-12406 / 25-12439 / 25-6476 / 25-11692 / 25-11274 Job Summary: The Crisis Hotline is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, clients, community, and providers. Calls, texts, and chats coming into Integral Care's main crisis number and 988 National Suicide Crisis Lifeline are answered by reputed company Mental Health Professionals (QMHP's) 24/7, including holidays. The QMHP's primary purpose is to:
- Handle crisis calls, texts, and chats by providing crisis reputed company services and risk assessments
- Complete initial screenings
- reputed company information about Integral Care services
- reputed company community referrals and support
- Assist with training as needed
- Link callers with the appropriate service providers
These job duties are performed under the supervision of a licensed clinician (LPHA) and are completed with a focus on customer care, wherein clinicians will find ways to best meet the needs of clients. The QMHP works closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools. Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule. Education: Required:
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in reputed company/Behavioral/reputed company Services or reputed company field. Master's degree preferred.
License: Required:

Experience: Preferred:
- Bilingual preferred.
- Experience with crisis and customer service.
Hours: Full-Time. Workdays: Varies. Workhours: Varies. Salary: $24.18- $25.39 an hour based on education, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend. Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.
- Second Shift: $3.25/hour.
