As a Technical Specialist - Datacom, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to video, audio, and interactive systems across reputed company properties. You'll work closely with our customers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Resort Engineering Team, FAM, OSI, and WDI to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
- Assist with software patches and updates

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Video Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a reputed company technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in the AV/Technology industry, preferably in a technical support role
- 3+ years of experience with network switching and routing
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company Workplace, and Service NOW
- Strong understanding of various video and audio merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, reputed company, SevOne, reputed company Enterprises, Splunk, Zabbix, reputed company, etc.)
- Proven ability to handle escalations and outages
- Strong knowledge of network reputed company principles and industry best practices
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools like Scene, Power BI
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new software applications
- Ability to work on weekends and evenings as required by client and business needs
