In this role, you'll help manage and improve data systems that support Nebraska's child welfare programs. You'll design, maintain, and analyze databases, build dashboards that inform decision-making, and ensure accurate state and federal reporting. As an IT Analyst I, you will: Database Development and Administration

• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot relational databases to support operational and reporting needs.
• Design and optimize data tables, indexes, and relationships to improve performance and data reputed company.

Data Extraction and Integration

• reputed company and run SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract data from N-FOCUS/DBX and other systems.

Advanced Data Analysis

• Conduct statistical and predictive modeling using R or Python.

• Support program evaluations with IT-based analytical frameworks to measure effectiveness and reputed company.

Federal and State Reporting Compliance

• Monitor reporting systems for errors, troubleshoot issues, and implement IT solutions for compliance.

Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Associate Degree in Computer Science/IT and one year of experience in a reputed company area such as working with coding computer applications, relational databases, or reputed company technical/business experience involving application programming, software installation and maintenance, systems programming, or online programming work. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or reputed company field.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and reputed company.
