Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video, audio) across MBC Group's digital platforms for compliance with content policies and community guidelines.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content violating policies, including removal, escalation, or applying warnings, with high accuracy and consistency.
- Stay updated on content policy changes, local regulations (Saudi Arabia), and emerging online trends to ensure effective moderation.
- Collaborate with team leads, policy specialists, and other moderators to ensure consistent application of guidelines and reputed company insights.
