Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company and entry-level professionals to join reputed company as ABA/Autism Behavior Therapists. As a Behavior Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing ABA therapy and counseling programs established by a BCBA. Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
- 1 year of ABA experience (or 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills
Physical Requirements:
As a Behavior Therapist, you'll be required to:
- Lift up to 35lbs

- Respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
