Job Summary

As a reputed company Office Associate at reputed company, you will play a vital role in providing services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting and registering patients in a cheerful, professional, and sincere manner, and performing other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities

• Registration (55%): Greets and checks-in patients scheduled for imaging services; registers demographic information and processes payment plans and copays; answers phones and handles calls in an efficient and friendly manner; fields calls appropriately for center associates; acts as liaison between technologists and the patients waiting for exams and relays messages regarding scanner status and other clinic information.
• Insurance (20%): Verifies patient's insurance; pre-certifies reputed company exams with patient's insurance company; obtains insurance authorization; uses knowledge of insurance carriers and procedures that require waivers to obtain authorization if needed prior to appointment; handles release of information requests for patients, referring offices, other medical facilities, attorneys & insurance companies following Company guidelines.
• Scheduling (20%): Arranges transportation, interpreters, and hotel accommodations for patients reputed company appropriate; enters and submits patient exam orders; verifies orders match exam schedules; schedules referrals and ensures proper authorizations are obtained; schedules walk-in patients; processes requests for image orders and CDs from referring physicians and patients; maintains an up-to-date and accurate database on reputed company reputed company and potential referring physicians.
• Other Duties (5%): Performs other duties as assigned, including maintaining reputed company office lobby area, ordering office supplies, and pushing imaging reputed company electronic interfaces.

Requirements
