Job Overview: Remote Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will wear multiple hats, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your role will be the reputed company line of support for our customers, helping to ensure their satisfaction with our products, services, and features. You will be responsible for maintaining the daily schedules of our Service & Install Technicians, scheduling return trips with customers reputed company parts are available, managing the on-call schedule for service technicians, keeping customers informed about reputed company schedule and requested reputed company times, and maintaining our customer database with reputed company information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the daily schedules of Service & Install Technicians to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess advanced customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task, think critically, and work in a fast-paced environment. You should be highly organized, with excellent computer skills and intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office Suite. A minimum of 1-2 years of reputed company experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management is required, although equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Advanced customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills, with intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of reputed company experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management
  • Geographical knowledge of our service area or map reading skills, with the ability to navigate our service territory
  • Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required, although a willingness to learn and adapt is essential

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the HVAC & Plumbing industry, with a understanding of our products and services
  • 2+ years of experience as an HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher, with a proven track record of reputed company in a similar role
  • 2+ years of dispatching experience, with a strong understanding of scheduling, routing, and logistics
  • Experience using Service Titan or similar software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our systems and processes

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay reputed company of $26.00/hr.-$31.00/hr. depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
