About the Role

As an External Support Engineer, you will be the reputed company between our content teams and the tools engineering team. You will be the first reputed company of contact for content teams facing issues with our tools, and you will filter issues and feedback to the tools team. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
