About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for U.S.-based customers who require assistance with their orders, deliveries, product inquiries, payment reputed company, and website guidance. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• The right to work in Colombia.

• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
