Job Overview
We are seeking a highly reputed company and motivated Entry Level Paralegal to join our expanding team. As an Entry Level Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide reputed company of cases in state and federal courts, gaining valuable experience and exposure in plaintiff's reputed company class action litigation. This is a full-time position with a flexible, hybrid remote arrangement, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company clerical and research support services to attorneys, including document preparation and review, interviewing clients and witnesses, research, investigations, fact checking, discovery responses, deposition prep and notices, reservation of travel, expense reporting, preparation and filing of legal documents, and trial preparation.
- Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
- Draft legal documents, including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories, and file motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures.
- Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial reputed company, and other legal sources, and reputed company written analysis to attorneys.
- Interview clients and witnesses and prepare summaries of their statements.
- Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items.
