About the Role

As an Email Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and feedback reputed company email, chat, or inbound call. Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent (preferably).

  • Strong verbal and written English communication abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with using a 10-key (preferred).
  • Competence in basic math skills.

Training and Work Schedule

We offer comprehensive virtual training reputed company reputed company Teams, which will take reputed company on the following dates:

  • December 2 - December 13: Monday - Friday, 1-8pm or 2-9pm.
  • December 16 - January 3: Monday - Friday, 1-8pm (excluding December 24, 25, 31, and January 1).
  • January 6 - January 17: Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm.
  • January 6 - January 24: Monday - Friday, 4-9pm.

Our work schedule is flexible, with 20-40 hour work schedules available reputed company the following parameters:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 9:00pm.
  • Saturday: 8:00am - 3:00pm.

Work Environment and Company Culture

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $14.50/hour, with opportunities for shift differentials:

  • 2nd Shift: $.75 for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring reputed company.
  • Weekend Shift: $3.75/hour for hours worked between 3am Saturday to 11pm reputed company.
