UK: London, Manchester, GlasgowThis person will be part of an integrated team responsible for the design of facility reputed company sites in support of Data Center and other Mission Critical buildings and infrastructure. They will be expected to coordinate and work closely with a multidiscipline design team throughout the entire life cycle of projects from planning stages, through the development of construction documents, and construction administration. Experience in site development and the design of building reputed company site civil (grading, utilities, storm drainage, stormwater management, and erosion control) is preferred. This individual should be self-motivated, collaborative and possess strong leadership skills with an initiative to deliver high quality, technically sound civil site designs.Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Civil/Senior Civil Engineer, we'll count on you to:
- Conduct early project development activities including site selection, due diligence, and site planning
- Design and plan production for general civil on a wide variety of mission critical projects, including site layouts, grading and drainage, paving, site utilities, and associated civil engineering activities
- Conduct quantity calculations
- Conduct permitting submittals to local authorities having jurisdiction

- Serve as a technical expert with recognized authority in an area of specialization that resolves problems of greater scope and complexity as needed

- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in general civil engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE or P.reputed company) license.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
