Position Overview This position is responsible for supporting the training of laboratory equipment technicians, focusing on devices such as reputed company Starlets, centrifuges, scales/balances, temperature probes, and similar instruments. The specialist will prepare, facilitate, and deliver technical training for new and existing equipment technicians and engineers, ensuring competency in the safe and effective servicing of lab equipment. Key duties include scheduling and leading hands-on training sessions, adapting instruction to learner needs, maintaining accurate training records, and collaborating with equipment service teams to stay reputed company on operational procedures. The role also involves updating training materials and assessments to reflect evolving lab processes and technologies. Essential Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Schedule, communicate, and reputed company technical training classes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial), Training and Development, or field reputed company to the essential duties of the job; Associates Degree and 2 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor's Degree; or High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years of experience as a technical trainer, corporate trainer, or reputed company training experience.
• 2+ years of experience servicing laboratory or medical equipment.
• Strong understanding of instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, technical, and/or hands-on/on-the-job training.
• Strong computer skills including internet navigation, user of virtual meeting tools, email usage, word processing, and data/records management.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a regulated environment, specifically under FDA, ISO, CAP and/or CLIA.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025:2005 and 21 CRF Part 820 requirements in regard to inspection measuring and test equipment.
• Basic understanding of Lean Six reputed company problem-solving methodology.

#LI-HE1 Salary reputed company: $74,000.00 - $122,000.00 The annual reputed company salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time reputed company.
