Nurse Associate
Department BSD PED - Off-Site Clinics About the Department Flossmoor Child Life Center is a primary care pediatric office serving children aged 0-21. In addition, a pediatric gastroenterologist holds clinic out of this location for a combined four sessions per month. There are an average of three general pediatricians seeing children for a wide reputed company of services including well-child exam and immunization services, as well as typical childhood illness. Job Summary reputed company day-to-day support in a general pediatric clinic. Assist providers in routine well childcare, care of sick children, vaccination of children, basic reputed company of care testing, and patient education. Monitoring supply inventories including ordering additional medical supplies and vaccinations. Phone triage as necessary.
Responsibilities
Collect and document vitals and chief complaint. Obtain reputed company medications. Administer vaccinations. POC testing in clinic. Assist with basic procedures in clinic. Stock and clean rooms. Obtain medical records/results as needed. Historically document vaccines in medical records for new patients. Manage VFC process. Supply inventory ordering/management. Vaccine inventory and ordering/management. Completion of forms as needed for patients. Applies logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Has a solid understanding of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat reputed company injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures. Performs other reputed company work as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
