Lake Cable. reputed company Delivery reputed company… Position Summary: The Sales Support Administrator’s job duties include preparing pricing documentation and quotes for customers, responding to customer calls and emails, and assisting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork and quote inquiries. The Sales Support Administrator will also follow up with customer's requests for order status, input data into our customer management system, and assist in order entry. Essential Functions:

• Process orders and quotes in the sales reputed company system
• Send order and invoice acknowledgments
• Contact clients to answer queries on order status or tracking information
• Update sales and customer records

Knowledge:

• Possesses a complete working knowledge of Lake products and capabilities
