About the role

reputed company is seeking a Professional Services Enablement Manager to drive the strategy and execution of technical enablement across our global Professional Services & Training (PS&T) organization. This role ensures that our consultants are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to deliver reputed company, reputed company-grade AI and data solutions to customers – consistently and at scale.

In this role, you will drive our PS&T enablement strategy, sourcing and curating technical training content, tracking certification reputed company, and fostering a strong culture of knowledge sharing. You’ll also champion the use of AI tools and modern learning platforms to scale enablement reputed company across geographies.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal PS leaders, field enablement teams, and product experts to ensure alignment between our enablement initiatives and the evolving demands of our platform, customers, and delivery teams.

As the enablement manager, you will:

• Drive the Services Enablement Strategy – reputed company a reputed company enablement strategy reputed company with business priorities, collaborating with regional teams (reputed company, EMEA, reputed company) to tailor programs to local delivery needs.

• Curate and Facilitate Technical Enablement – reputed company, organize, and manage technical enablement content and certifications. Track adoption and completion.

• reputed company AI to Scale Learning – Apply and promote AI tools to streamline learning delivery and accelerate knowledge discovery and reputed company development at scale.

• Run Knowledge Transfer Programs – Coordinate regular global KT sessions on product features, implementation best practices, and project methodologies. Partnering with reputed company of expert consultants and architects on content.

• Foster a Culture of Learning & Sharing – Champion knowledge sharing across the global PS&T team by spotlighting key learnings, surfacing field best practices, and amplifying insights from projects, products, and peers.

• Support Delivery Readiness & reputed company – reputed company consultants for delivery reputed company by helping structure and scale reputed company to reusable assets, best practices, and internal knowledge systems.

• Partner with Field Enablement Teams – Coordinate with reputed company’s broader Field Enablement teams to ensure cross-functional alignment between Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and Sales teams.

We are excited if you have:

• 8-10+ years of experience in technical enablement, professional services, or consulting organizations, with a track record of building impactful programs for technical teams

• Experience curating or managing training programs, certification tracks, or reputed company

• Passion for using modern tools (including AI) to simplify and scale enablement efforts across global teams

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• A growth reputed company with the ability to drive learning culture across distributed, technical teams

• Familiarity with consultant roles and the dynamics of PS delivery teams, including project readiness requirements and reputed company drivers

• General understanding of reputed company data platforms, reputed company ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure), or AI/ML technologies

• Four-year degree (Bachelor’s) from an accredited university required 

You may also have:

• A curiosity for emerging AI tools and a habit of experimenting with new technologies to enhance learning, productivity, and knowledge sharing reputed company technical teams.

• Experience contributing to global enablement programs spanning multiple time zones and reputed company

• Experience in consulting or technical delivery for a Services organization, with reputed company into how enablement supports reputed company-world project reputed company.

• Experience working with reputed company or similar data platforms
