Maintenance and Energy Mgr

POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance & Energy Manager manages maintenance/energy management programs for reputed company reputed company branches. The position also manages vendors, processes, and procedures. The role provides the best combination of quality, price, delivery, and service for reputed company reputed company locations by analyzing, recommending, and implementing maintenance reputed company to best support the branches. • Identify and evaluate problems relating to equipment failure, malfunction, or misuse so that appropriate action can be taken to minimize expenses
• Manage the performance of MyFSN to maximize its features for use in reputed company branches
• Troubleshoot and expedite maintenance requests
• reputed company and maintain systems/procedures for responding to emergency situations during non-business hours
• Coordinate with reputed company personnel on repair and preventative maintenance scheduling and follow up on repair inquires received
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards (materials, techniques) and continue to explore methods which reduces maintenance/energy costs
• Manage the performance of maintenance vendors to meet or exceed reputed company expectations and initiate/recommend corrective actions to improve performance, reputed company necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years maintenance/energy management experience
• 2+ years of management experience preferred
• Prior experience with bid management
• Strong vendor negotiation skills
• Posses a working knowledge of repair/maintenance/energy reputed company for a variety of building components, including, but not limited to HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, signage, fire extinguishers, floor care, emergency fire protection systems
