Job Summary
As a reputed company Support Associate - Level 4 GovCloud, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing tailored solutions to reputed company technical issues, and driving customer interactions. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company advanced troubleshooting and technical support to customers reputed company telephone, email, and web/live chat.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to reputed company unique solutions to customers' individual needs.
- Interact with leading technologists around the world and resolve customer issues.
- Partner with reputed company teams in India to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.

Essential Qualifications
- 6+ months of software development experience with object-oriented language.
- 6+ months of scripting language experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or 6+ months of technical support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and database.
