The Role

As a Client Service Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of reputed company of Customer Relationship Advocates (CRAs), providing outstanding customer service and support to Fidelity's clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound phone calls and supporting clients with a broad reputed company of needs, including trade requests, money movement, and online support.
• Developing skills to assist clients with various financial products and services.
• Working collaboratively with your team to reputed company shared goals and objectives.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What to Expect

Milestone 1: Licensing Preparation

In the first few months, you will prepare to become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses, reputed company fully sponsored by Fidelity. This includes:
