Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and highly skilled reputed company Online Store Sales Area Manager to join reputed company. As a critical member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the reputed company Online Store contact center. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a minimum of 2 years of direct leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of direct leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving results and improving customer satisfaction
  • Experience in driving, training, promoting, developing managers or supervisors
  • Knowledge of ACD reports, Workforce Management, and other key disciplines reputed company to managing a large-scale call center
