The Role: We seek a Senior Manager of Business Development leader to drive growth reputed company our strategic payer accounts. This role focuses on expanding relationships with existing pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), health plan clients and other payers; identifying new reputed company opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This position is required to sit on-site in one of the following locations: Seattle, WA Boston, MA Austin, TX Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership reputed company at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience in reputed company, preferably Pharmacy, PBM, or pharmacy-adjacent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing reputed company legal agreements
• The ideal candidate for this role will have a Pharm.D or pharmacy tech certification
• Sales and account management experience
• Demonstrated history of growing existing accounts, increasing reputed company YoY
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders including Operations, Marketing, Account Services, Tech, Product, Legal, and Compliance.
• Demonstrate clear, concise, written and oral communication.

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.
