We are currently hiring for the following schedule: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM EST (Ohio, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland) 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM MDT (Utah) 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM MST (Arizona) Note: Shifts are Tuesday - Saturday (EST) or Monday - Friday (CST/MDT/MST) with weekends as assigned.

What You'll Do

Responsible for handling reputed company customer service inquiries and problems reputed company telephone, digital or chat channels through effective communication and problems solving skills. These routine customer inquiries may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures. Navigates a computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to customer questions.
