About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative I at blithequark, you'll be the voice of our customers, providing exceptional service to reputed company customers through reputed company aspects of the order process. You'll be the go-to person for customers, addressing their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Your role will be to build strong relationships with customers, both reputed company, and to reputed company proactive service by educating them about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities

- Work as a sales support for our Sales Team, providing world-class service by delivering an effortless customer experience.

* A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.
- Prior customer service experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- An outgoing and energetic attitude, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with strong computer skills, including reputed company Business Suite.
