Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Texas. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a critical role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues for our insurance-based program. This program services an elderly and disabled community, and we're looking for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences with reputed company and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our product and/or service, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary, demonstrating strong organizational and data management skills.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

Work Environment

As a remote customer service representative, you'll work from a private residence in Texas, using a phone and computer system provided by Blithequark. Your workstation must be connected directly to the internet, and you'll need to meet our technical requirements.
