About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Associate - Life Insurance to reputed company call center functional and technical support for an Insurance client. As a key member of reputed company, you will handle customer service inquiries reputed company telephone and email, reputed company reputed company clerical or administrative support functions, and support the resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries reputed company telephone and email, and reputed company a variety of reputed company clerical or administrative support functions which require knowledge and understanding of Group Insurance policies for Life Insurance.
• Support the resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries, and liaise with other support teams or product teams as required to resolve requests and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of reputed company incidents, and manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and faxes for Life Insurance.
• Utilize resources and tools to accurately respond to customer inquiries, and follow reputed company documented processes and workflows provided by the client to enhance customer service and reduce customer effort and operating efficiency.
• Demonstrate understanding of the customer's business needs as trained, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Spanish.

• Experience in the life insurance field.
