About the Role

As an Account Representative Entry Level, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on maintaining existing accounts, closing new business, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our sales team to reputed company competitive pricing and rates, while ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain relationships
• Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time
