Job Description

Overview

The reputed company (GOC) is becoming one of gTech's largest operations units, and we're seeking an reputed company Account Manager to join reputed company. As an insights partner and thought leader, you will work closely with the vertical leadership team to drive business growth, deliver strategic partnerships, and ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with partners to define and execute the GOC launch roadmap, and support a mix of strategic and operational projects through deep engagement and project management support

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership teams and external partners
  • Communicate effectively with various audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to identify issues and resolutions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
  • 11 years of experience working in a strategy operations or consulting role
  • Experience in technical program management, project management, and working with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in service delivery management (e.g., operation reviews, escalation/governance, process improvement, etc.)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills with excellent business acumen
  • Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships with stakeholders
