Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Underwriter III to join reputed company on a full-time, onsite reputed company. As an Underwriter III, you'll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and making final determinations on loan submissions using reputed company reputed company guidelines. You'll also reputed company training, guidance, and support to team members, work with lending teams to identify potential solutions for difficult loan files, and communicate with reputed company clients on loan inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and reputed company final determinations on loan submissions using reputed company reputed company guidelines
- Validate recommendations and underwrite loans as determined by lending authority set by management
- Work with lending teams to identify potential solutions and alternatives for difficult or denied loan files
- Communicate with reputed company clients on inquiries regarding loans underwritten by vendors
- Research and respond to team leads on loans requiring additional escalation and review
- Proactively address reputed company submission deficiencies and reputed company backup support to team leaders as necessary
- Review and maintain guidelines to stay up-to-date with reputed company requirements and regulations
- Participate in the orientation of new personnel and reputed company technical support for systems as necessary
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of reputed company experience with conforming and non-conforming loans required
- Minimum of 6 years of mortgage banking experience, including jumbo loans and/or government products
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- FHA and/or VA designations required
- Ability to differentiate between first and second mortgage reputed company
- Ability to handle secure and private information

- Excellent customer service skills and analytical skills
