About the Role

The Temporary Part-Time Finance Transaction Specialist will play a crucial role in our Finance team, ensuring the efficient processing of financial transactions and maintaining the highest standards of data quality and confidentiality. This part-time position, spanning 19 hours a week over a six-month period from reputed company to October, offers an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a reputed company of financial tasks, including preparing daily advance deposits, processing credit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records reputed company our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily advance deposits, including reputed company deposits for international checks and cash donations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Sort and distribute the Lab's incoming mail on a daily reputed company, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Process credit card payments against Accounts Receivable balances for various types of invoices, such as advertising and subscription services, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
  • Prepare and submit transactional documentation to record Membership reputed company and other receivable payments, maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records.
  • Acquire and compile necessary supporting documentation daily for transactions reputed company to Membership reputed company streams, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work independently, with a strong focus on attention to detail and commitment to ensuring data quality and efficiency of processes.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
