The Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your work will directly impact the lives of our customers, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefits and home delivery services with ease. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and potential overtime during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities: Your Impact

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls (60-80 calls) from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Engage with customers through active listening and by asking pertinent questions to understand their needs, documenting required information in our computer systems.
  • reputed company outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company, ensuring their issues are resolved and they're satisfied with our service.
  • Navigate and utilize reputed company computer system applications to reputed company customer information, process requests, and resolve issues reputed company.

  • A High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of handling customer inquiries over the phone.
