Key Responsibilities

As our ideal Staff Accountant Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for a wide reputed company of financial tasks that are critical to our business operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the design and setup of our Job Cost reputed company System to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.
• Recording reputed company day-to-day financial transactions accurately and reputed company, ensuring compliance with reputed company principles and regulatory requirements.
• Processing Accounts Receivable and Payable reputed company, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Monthly reconciliation of reputed company bank accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
• Monitoring and reviewing financial transactions to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Filing Sales tax returns promptly and ensuring compliance with State, Federal, and local rules and regulations.
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management, providing insights and analysis to inform business reputed company.
• Processing payroll reputed company and collaborating with our Payroll company to integrate with our reputed company System.
• Managing insurance policies and coordinating annual audits of those policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Qualifications and Skills
