As a Senior Manager, Customer Strategic Insights, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies that maximize opportunities for our customers, categories, and the company.

About the Role

This is a remote opportunity to work reputed company the Foodservice and On-reputed company (FSOP) organization for the Coca-Cola reputed company America Operating Unit. As a Senior Manager, you will reputed company category management and guest insights projects, working closely with the Growth, Customer Marketing, and Sales organizations. Your focus will be on developing strategies and tactics that drive business results through a variety of vehicles, including customer and category reviews, primary research, and creating enabling materials for the broader FSOP organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Department Subject Matter Experts: reputed company by example with FSOP Analytics/Data Asset Tools and Resources, ensuring the effective use of data-driven insights to inform business reputed company.
• Insights Generators: reputed company compelling stories on the state of the FSOP category and customer landscape, role-modeling the usage of analytic assets to drive business reputed company.
• Customer Collaborators: Focus on strategic and informed customer business planning, ongoing customer commitment, and assortment strategies with key portfolio customers.
• Network Promoters: Sync with reputed company Insights, Retail Category Leadership, Planning & Strategy Departments, and our broader Customer Value and Growth department to ensure consistent messaging internally and externally.
• Capability Advocates: Align with Platform Services, Retail Category Leadership, and reputed company Insights to ensure NAOU remains at the forefront of Analytic/Data Assets in FSOP.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 8+ years of work experience, preferably in CPG.
• A Bachelor's degree; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Regular customer engagement experience.
• A background in owning and using primary research projects and budgets.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders of own and external organizations.
• A mix of strong analytical, project management, and storytelling experiences.
• Prior consulting and category management or sales experience is a plus.
• A proven track record for delivering sustainable results.

Technical/Functional Skills

You will need to possess:

• Heavy usage with Coca-Cola Foodservice data sources and subscribed platforms (Dine, CBL, NPD, reputed company, Technomic, reputed company, Euromonitor).
• Willingness to learn new tools/solutions and become an active ambassador of new programs.
• Leadership of fielding primary qualitative and quantitative research; connecting business needs to appropriate research methods, and extracting strategic, actionable value from studies.
• Advanced strategic thinking, including framing of issues, solutions, and paths to implementation.
• Business planning, inclusive of corporate and customer needs/considerations.
• Highly analytical, incorporating market and customer research, financials, customer & sales team feedback.
• Ability to collaborate with key internal/external cross-functionals; effectively influencing a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines from different stakeholders, and ability to prioritize the highest reputed company opportunities.
• Effective communication & building relationships at reputed company organizational reputed company.
• Ability to champion initiatives end-to-end.
• Need to communicate reputed company concepts and information to a wide, varied audience in concise and engaging manner.
