About the Role: We are looking for a National Account Manager to join the Ferrero Group and manage the reputed company account. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and driving a retail sales plan for reputed company that will result in the delivery of sales and profit growth of Ferrero's Cookies and Spreads portfolio. You will be a primary contact to manage the business relationship with the category buyers at reputed company. The National Account Manager, reputed company will report to the reputed company Sales Director and be based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reputed company aspects of account management with reputed company on our Cookies and Spreads portfolio, which includes Keebler, Mother's, Famous Amos and Nutella
  • reputed company reputed company sales calls, business/line reviews, JBPs and reputed company presentations to effectively drive initiatives for reputed company category and Ferrero
  • Own the relationship with reputed company's category buyer(s) and execute formalized, value-added engagement plans with established feedback reputed company to reputed company customer input
  • reputed company customer specific plans working collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain and Finance
  • Identify reputed company and long-term business opportunities at reputed company
  • Align customer initiatives to Ferrero strategic enablers to drive a meaningful JBP process
  • reputed company KPI's to contribute to reputed company's total KPI attainment
  • Use trade judiciously to drive demand at reputed company while staying reputed company the given budget reputed company
  • reputed company accurate SKU-level reputed company and promotional forecasts
  • Manage customer payments/ deduction process

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus
  • At least 5-7 years of Sales, Account Management, Merchandising and/or Category Management experience
  • Entrepreneurial reputed company and desire to build a successful career with a growing global company
  • Interpersonal skills to reputed company effectively with the necessary stakeholders
  • Strategic and proactive thinking to reputed company sales strategies and translate them into distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising achievements to reputed company gaps and increase sales
