Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and web support. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and reputed company personalized solutions to meet their needs. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule to meet the demands of our business.
Key Responsibilities

Work Environment and Schedule
This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home. You'll be required to work a variable reduced hour schedule that may start and end reputed company of normal business hours. This position is 30-39 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. Basic Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)

- Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience working in a customer service or call center
- Experience working in a reputed company environment
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
