Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing policyholders, resulting in increased reputed company of retention. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contacting policyholders to reputed company updates and needed actions on accounts
- Reaching out to customers who are in cancellation status, following up on terminated policies, and collecting payments to reinstate policies
- Following up with customers who have rejected payments (NSF) and those who are late or in jeopardy of being late
- Analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers or reputed company updates on their requests
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to enhancing the overall customer experience
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience as an agent, preferably in the personal lines insurance industry
- An Active Property & Casualty License for the State of Georgia
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to empathize with customers and reputed company personalized assistance
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with reputed company and Advisor Pro is a plus
