Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Specialists to join reputed company in a contract role, working remotely from Atlanta, GA. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the public, responding to inbound calls, and assisting customers with various health-reputed company inquiries. You will utilize various databases and written materials to look up and reputed company information to telephone inquiries, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely responses.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls from the public and reputed company exceptional customer service
