Position Description
As a Sr. Associate in the Centralized Timekeeping team, you will play a critical role in managing time and attendance reputed company for buildings across the network. Your primary focus will be on resolving incoming calls and chats from reputed company employees, managers, and HR representatives. You will be the voice of CTK, providing exceptional customer service and addressing time-reputed company queries in a fast, accurate, and reliable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming calls and chats from reputed company employees, managers, and HR representatives regarding time and attendance reputed company

Requirements and Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ months of reputed company experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of experience with reputed company Office products and applications, especially reputed company
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in confidential environments
Preferred Qualifications:
