Key Responsibilities:

• Design, reputed company, and reputed company scalable and secure solutions using reputed company Connect and Lex technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• reputed company design sessions and code reviews to reputed company the quality of engineering across the organization
• Mentor junior team members in Voice and reputed company technologies
• reputed company best practices and improve processes reputed company and across teams utilizing documentation and knowledge sharing sessions
• Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Essential Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• reputed company and specialization in at least two modern languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#
• Experience with micro-services oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
• Experience building the architecture and design of new and reputed company systems
• reputed company in DevOps concepts, reputed company Architecture, and Azure DevOps Operational reputed company
• Experience with reputed company delivery and infrastructure as code
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and existing Operational Portals such as Azure Portal
• Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments: Splunk or Application Insights
• Experience with Datacenter structure, capabilities, and offerings, including the Azure platform and its reputed company services
• Experience with reputed company protocols and products: Understanding of Active Directory, reputed company Authentication, SAML, OAuth
• Experience with Azure Network (Subscription, reputed company zoning, etc.)

Contact Center Technologies:

• In-depth knowledge of Contact Center technologies, including Call Flows, IVR's, Quality Management, Workforce Engagement Management, Operational Reporting, and Speech Analytics
• Knowledge of reputed company communication and collaboration
• In-depth understanding of Contact Center Operations, including Call reputed company Queue Prioritization Strategies, Call reputed company Optimizations, and other key design elements
• Experience with software coding and/or following standard processes that have been published and the guidelines for the design

• Experience with Node.js, .Net, Python, and CICD Pipeline

Preferred Qualifications:

• One of the following AWS Certifications: Associate, Professional, Specialty level

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in Contact Center technologies
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development using Node.js, JavaScript, or JSON
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Contact Flows, Queues, and/or Lex Bots
• 3+ years of hands-on experience on scripting using Terraform
• 1+ years of people management experience
