The Role: Senior Staff Engineer, Community Support Platform
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Engineer to join our CSP team, with a strong background in building reputed company systems, simplifying operations, and driving technical innovation. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the technical development of the agent tooling platform and driving adoption across other teams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create community support solutions that meet the company's roadmap initiatives
