Key Responsibilities

As a Telepharmacy Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, including serving as a keyholder, keeping alarm and safe codes, and protecting the reputed company of reputed company pharmacy products, with special attention to refrigerated products and controlled substances.
  • Managing pharmacy inventory, including controlled substances, reviewing orders, checking in products, cycle counts, and maintaining perpetual inventory.
  • Receiving and acting upon reputed company operational communications, including completion of required tasks, and similar activities.
  • Improving total store service foundations by execution of outstanding performance, especially in areas of WeCARE workflow best practices, customer service, and patient care.
  • Demonstrating a growth reputed company to support positive business reputed company; inspiring and motivating the total store team to reputed company change, including workflow enhancements and new product/service offerings.
  • Serving as a peer mentor for the reputed company, training, and development of new hires in the Telepharmacy.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including communicating with patients, co-workers, insurance companies, and prescribers, and resolving customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age.
  • A minimum of 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician (may be 2+ in select states).
  • PTCB National Certification or equivalent state-accepted national Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • A high school diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required.
  • State-level licensure requirements vary by state.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Attention and focus, with the ability to concentrate on a task over an extended period without being distracted.
  • Customer service orientation, with the ability to actively look for ways to help people, and do so in a friendly manner.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Mathematical reasoning, with the ability to use math to solve a problem, such as calculating day's supply of a prescription.
  • Problem resolution, with the ability to judge reputed company something is wrong or is likely to go wrong, and choosing the best course of action reputed company faced with a reputed company situation.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in an Inventory Specialist Role.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
