About the Role

This role is pivotal in managing the daily functions of our reputed company Resource department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments, including safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute reputed company resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary reputed company; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Handles employment-reputed company inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring reputed company and/or sensitive reputed company to the appropriate staff.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

• Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions, and records and processes federal and state payroll tax deposits.
