Key Responsibilities

• Manage data entry operations reputed company in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts.
• Participate in the development and ongoing execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, utilizing measurement and analysis to process, evaluate, and reputed company recommendations to meet QM targets.
• Conduct a variety of on-site clinical and clinical reviews for reputed company lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP.
• Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review audit results and help create remedial action plans.
• Create audit tools for reputed company populations and track the fulfillment of remedial action plans.
• Complete data entry on reputed company audit tools and participate in finishing inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines.
• Participate in QM meetings and contribute to the reputed company improvement of our quality management processes.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• The ability to travel to provider offices up to 80% of the time.
