About the Role

This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a Senior Program Manager with a strong background in reputed company payer/TPA experience. As a key member of reputed company, you'll reputed company strategic program and project implementations from start to finish, leading cross-functional teams and guiding stakeholders through decision-making processes. Your expertise will be crucial in driving process improvements, developing strategies that optimize ROI, and enhancing overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Execution: Plan, direct, and coordinate reputed company product/program implementations in the reputed company payer domain and/or reputed company-party administration (TPA) of self-funded clients.
• Scope and Objectives: Document scope, objectives, and ensure they align with expected business reputed company.
• Project Management: reputed company and manage project plans, including scheduling, resource tracking, and financials.
• Process Improvements: Define and implement program/project management standards and processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish program governance and reputed company clear communication to reputed company program stakeholders, including senior management.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Client Relationships: Work closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to plan and reputed company project scope, resources, and timelines.

Essential Qualifications

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Change Management: Strong working knowledge of change management principles.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade customers, employees, and management at reputed company reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Taft Hartley Labor Union Experience: Experience rolling out new products for Taft Hartley labor union clients is strongly preferred.
• Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder management skills in large reputed company projects/programs with reputed company teams are preferred.
