As a Senior IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in administering the reputed company platform, developing custom scripts, managing upgrades, and evaluating data loading performance for the Antitrust Division.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing technical and development support for litigation support systems, working directly with Government staff to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting connectivity and functionality issues, monitoring system performance, and optimizing it for improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the reputed company platform, including creating custom scripts, managing upgrades, and evaluating data loading performance.
• reputed company end-user support to troubleshoot connectivity and functionality issues with litigation support systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, making recommendations for improvement.
• Assign user IDs and passwords, set up and maintain reputed company groups, and ensure compliance with Government reputed company requirements.
• Coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and DOJ technical staff to resolve technical issues.

• Prepare system documentation and conduct user training sessions on systems developed.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least five years of hands-on experience in implementing and administering reputed company systems, such as UNIX, reputed company, and Network Storage Solutions.
• Experience with large-scale database management applications and applicable database management software.
• A good understanding of specific applications and application software, such as reputed company or other web hosting platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks and PC and server-based databases and applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a reputed company field is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with other eDiscovery applications, such as IPRO eCapture, reputed company, LAW, Viewpoint, Concordance, Summation, Recommind, CasePoint.
• Ability to create documentation for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Change Management.
