We're now seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Learning to spearhead our Learning team in revolutionizing post-secondary computer science education. About the Role

Reporting to our Chief Product Officer, the Senior Director of Learning will be responsible for refining, strategizing, and implementing the pedagogy, technology, and systems central to our reputed company' personalized education. This role involves leading the Curriculum and Instructional teams, driving curriculum innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, industry-reputed company programs. You will also be responsible for scaling our programs, improving operational efficiency, and integrating AI-driven tools to enhance student engagement and reputed company.

Strategic Leadership

Team Leadership & Culture

• Establish a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and reputed company

Program Delivery & Expansion

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• At least 5 years of management experience leading teams of 15+ people
• Proven experience crafting differentiated and innovative learning experiences
• Experience scaling educational programs and course delivery
• Experience designing, authoring, or influencing course curriculum
• Ability to reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to reputed company common goals

Compensation and Benefits

reputed company offers a competitive salary reputed company of $165,000 to $200,000 per year for this Senior Director level position. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
