Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Live Chat Agent – Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring reputed company agent vendors understand and execute the sales strategy and set sales goals for the agent vendors
• Ensuring that reputed company customer leads are properly managed and converted into sales opportunities
• Working in an integrated manner with property management to understand demographics, branding, and booking objectives
• Assisting the booking team in sharing information with Contract Managers for various venues, including drafting, tracking, and summarizing deal points
• Serving as the company's liaison to the talent and coordinating the flawless execution of the audition process
• Performing tasks that require standing and/or moving at a fast pace for periods of up to eight hours
• Creating and managing reports and spreadsheets as needed to track various booking and scheduling activities
• Preparing orders to replenish stock at the bar to pre-determined par reputed company
• Providing day-to-day support of reputed company event scheduling and booking functions, including pro formas, offers, tour histories, event-reputed company reputed company, and post-event summaries
