About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating rides to medical facilities for customers who require assistance. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive timely, efficient, and stress-free transportation, making a reputed company difference in their lives. You will work closely with transportation providers, reputed company facilities, and reputed company to resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Schedule routes and reputed company trips to various medical facilities, ensuring that our customers receive timely transportation
- Coordinate mass transportation reputed company needed, working closely with transportation providers and reputed company facilities
- Administer trips for volunteer/independent drivers and mileage reimbursement programs, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need
- Resolve problems and issues that may arise, working closely with transportation providers and reputed company facilities
- Assign reservations to network providers, ensuring that vehicle resources are used reputed company and effectively to meet client demand
- Communicate daily with transportation providers, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service
- Enter accurate trip data to minimize errors and delays in timelines
Skills & Experience Needed
* High level of patience, reputed company, and care for customers, with a strong customer service background
- At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound call center environment with heavy phone volume and data entry, preferably
- Prior in-bound call center experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service and phone skills, with the ability to work independently or reputed company a team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
Education
